Corpus Christi processions, June 3

Posted

Sunday, June 3, is the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, also known as “Corpus Christi.” Several parishes throughout the Jefferson City diocese have planned outdoor processions of the Most Blessed Sacrament to mark the feastday and give public witness to their worship of Christ in His Most Blessed Sacrament. All are encouraged to participate, especially those who recently received their First Holy Communion or who were recently confirmed or are newly initiated into the Church. Here are times and locations for some of the local observances, including processions of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Each will be held on Sunday unless otherwise stated.
