Students and faculty of Our Lady of Lourdes Interparish School in Columbia honor and pray for veterans during the school’s annual Veterans Day Assembly in the parish church. Local veterans were invited to attend be seated near the front of the church. The school choir and band played and sang patriotic tunes. In the days leading up to the event, students learned about veterans’ sacrifices and the wars and armed conflicts in which American service men and women had fought. (21 Photos)
