Members of the Joyful Servants Fraternity of the Secular Franciscan Order gather with regional officers of the order in the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Jefferson City on Sept. 26 to celebrate the canonical establishment of the fraternity as a self-sustaining entity within the order. This is a long-awaited milestone. The group has been meeting and growing in Jefferson City for 14 years. (33 photos)
